The PA Dance Ensemble comprises both contemporary and traditional multi-ethnic dance groups. The uniqueness of the dance ensemble is its versatility in presenting modern and traditional dances on its own and collectively in a highly refreshing and contemporary style. It is dedicated to preserve and promote Singapore’s multi-cultural heritage, with its members trained in both traditional and contemporary dance forms.

The ensemble often takes on the role of Singapore’s cultural ambassador at overseas festivals and events, proudly showcasing the unique heritage of Singapore in countries like Korea, China, Japan, the Maldives, Brunei and Hong Kong. It is also very active locally and performs regularly at national and community events such as the Singapore Arts Festival, National Day Parade, National Day Celebrations and Chingay Parade. It is also a perennial favourite at international conferences held in Singapore, as their dance performances are able to convey the beauty of Singapore’s multi-cultural heritage to the delegates.
