Albert Tiong graduated with an Advanced Certificate in Performing Arts from the prestigious Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 1996. Since then, he has been dancing professionally for dance theatres and companies such as the Cloud Gate Dance Theatre (Taiwan), Hong Kong Dance Company and Odyssey Dance Theatre (Singapore). He also has taught Contemporary Dance, Ballet and Yoga in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore.

His choreography works include Sentimental Story 1 & 2 (in Hong Kong), Art. Rest, Five Ladies, Black Revelations (in Malaysia), Dark, Adam’s Diary, Heart Sutra, 14th Sunny.Windy, Rite of Spring, China Boy and Girl, and After Sunset (in Singapore).
